Two completely different players. Kid Ory was a master of economy.

Jack Teagarden was a master of the blues and ballad and had flawless 
technique.

Both players sounded great well into the latter parts of their careers.

Both players have huge followings that continue to this day. I try not 
to compare one jazz great to another. I simply listen, enjoy, absorb and 
  learn.
