[Dixielandjazz] Mardi Gras Benefit Event to Aid New Orleans Musicians.

Hi All,

Sunday, October 30, 2- 6 pm.
Jon Seiger and the All-Stars will be performing at a benefit Mardi Gras 
Party event to help New Orleans Musicians affected by Hurricane Katrina. 
The event will be held at the Party House, at 677 Beahan Road, in Rochester, 
NY.  Admission is only $5, for three excellent bands, swing dancing, 
raffles, food, silent auction, a jam session, and much more.  Ed Ferland 
will be the Master of Ceremonies. Esther Brill, from the Rochester Swing 
Dance Network, will be giving mini swing dance lessons between the bands. 
The bands performing will be.....Dick Stacy and the Rhythm Aces Big Band, 
Jon Seiger and the All-Stars, and Johnny Matt with Tom Monte. for more

to the Jazz Foundation of America, which works closely with the New Orleans 
Musicians Clinic, to get the money directly to musicians in need. They 
provide instruments, pay rent, find housing, and provide much-needed health 
care to New Orleans Musicians who were affected by Hurricane Katrina.  Hope
