As we say here in Norway "You are a knupp". I might have known you'd come up trumps.
I'm fairly certain it's the 24 Feb 1959 recording that I have, because I strained my ears to discover if there was a guitar present, and I couldn't hear one.
Anyway, many, many thanks for your full and detailed answer, it's much appreciated.
