There's a free version as well as a paid version for $24.95

It can convert files from: from: MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, AVI, AIFF, AIF, 
AIFC, AU, SND, MP2, MPA, MP1, MPC, MP+, ADPCM, GSM, and DSP.

It will convert to: MP3, (CBR or VBR), WMA 9, WAV, OGG, MP2, ADPCM, GSM 
6.10, DSP and VOX
