I was really referring to clothing not sounds.  We all have our own 
ideas as to what cool is in music   Mine is  more rooted in the "Mr 
Lucky, Peter Gunn, Dave Brubeck" and other West coast sounds in the 60's 
groove.  That doesn't mean that I think other things aren't but those 
sounds along with Mozart are what I  think of as cool.  I enjoy trad 
because it's refreshing, a challenge at times and offers a whole new 
group of tunes to learn and play.  Sort of like another world opening 
up.  I think that it's the excitement of music and the never ending 
newness of jazz that's cool.

Clothing you can buy but cool you can't.  I was more looking to the kind 
you can buy.  Like you, I'm always looking for ideas that will help sell 
what I'm doing.
