I believe I've heard it. Some of the lyrics jump to mind as

"I never could have told you,
What your looks would mean
On  a movie screen
Something something"

I'm fairly certain I have it on tape somewhere from when I used to tape this
old time radio show that used to broadcast in my area when I was a kid. For
some reason, I was fascinated with the old stuff.
