Hey folks:
if you really want to preserve OKOM, try supporting artist like Louie
Bellson and Anita O'Day, and Herb Jeffries, who gave us so much and
yet are often passed over in favor of so many mediocre artist of today.
These artist still have so much to contribute, yet their names are
almost non existent on the OKOM Circuit.
Oh but that our organizations were even half what they profess to be.
Preservation Schmeservation, Give em' the flowers while they are still
living and playing.
Cheers,
Tom Wiggins
