AMEN to that -- brother Tom!
It has been a good 35 + years since any "labels" really wanted to sell to  
"adults!"
Here is a true story.
Stan Kenton and Nat King Cole were two of the biggest artists for Capitol  
for many years.  After Capitol signed the Beetles, their portraits were  taken 
down from the entrance hall and the Beetles were put up.  Not long  after that, 
Stan called Capitol to ask to speak to John Pallidino, one of the  big 
executives, and the receptionist asked who was calling and he of course said  "Stan 
Kenton."  She said "who?"  How quickly they forget!
