[Dixielandjazz] Educational aid for beginners

I put a "Page Map" in my dixieland books to help users wade through sheets.
It includes basic info about the structure of dixieland tunes, and recently
a couple of users told me they found it useful as a teaching/learning tool
apart from the book. 

I just upgraded it and will eMail a .pdf version to anyone who asks.

I'll also send my "Dixieland Must List". It lists ca. 200 basic tunes with
the standard keys.
