JAZZ FUNDING. THERE ARE MANY WAYS. LIKE WHO PAYS FOR THOSE HS BANDS TO MARCH
IN THE ROSE BOWL? KIDS AT CAR WASHES, PARENTS, PTA'S ETC.

AND HOW THEN, WILL THOSE BANDS SPEND $100 + TRAVEL TO PLAY AT STJS FESTIVAL?
