[Dixielandjazz] Jazz/Classics crossovers

Please don't forget Benny Goodman. Actually, all the people mentioned so far
began with classical training so that they went from classical to jazz to
classical. Some, like Benny, Andre, Mel and Wynton Marsalis, continued in
both aspects of music.
