Last October the Western Swing Society had its Hall of Fame Festival and Phil was playing with a band called Lost Weekend. Sacramento's super vocalist, Melissa Collard was also with the band. Phil looked fine and, as always, played beautiful tenor and clarinet. Charlie Hull
