Dear Louis (and Charlie),
Is my face red!
I have that book. The Vantage Press edition.
Bought it when it came out, got to page 7, then put it on the shelf to read
when I had more time.
I have yet to do so.
The author is given only as 'R. Collins' which probably threw my Google
search off track.
