[Dixielandjazz] Why "no subject"?

Somebody asked, no one answered--Why can't listmates ALWAYS put a
subject? That way, when there's so much coming in, one can delete stuff
not of particular interest without opening it. Seems inconsiderate to
not put a subject in, and it's annoying to open no-subject items and
find it about a concert in Iceland, or something.--Charlie Suhor
