Here is an event that sounds like a fun evening, in a great place but it is 
not cheap by OKOM standards, however it will be totally professional and of 
high quality.



THE SWING ERA SHOW PROMISES FANCY FOOTWORK FROM THE '30s AND '40s
An Evening of Dance and Music, One Night Only, January 22, at the Dean 
Lesher Regional Center for the Arts

WALNUT CREEK, California - January 11, 2005 - Ballroom dancer and show 
producer Adrian Flores, Adrian Flores Presents™, is staging The Swing 
Era Show, at the Dean Lesher Regional Center for the Arts, one night 
only, Saturday, January 22, 2005, 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Following the 
show, from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the audience is invited on stage 
for a post-show dance party with live music.

Performing the highly-charged and joyful partner dances of the 1930s 
and 1940s are local and national top draws of professional ballroom 
dance including Balboa and Bal-Swing Champions Steve & Heidi; four-time 
U.S. Swing Champion Phil Trau; Bay Area favorite Valerie Quevedo, 
singer, dancer and choreographer for San Francisco's own Beach Blanket 
Babylon; and Sally Van Loon, tap soloist for Tower of Power and 
Santana. Featured musicians Don Neely and his ten-piece Royal Society 
Jazz Orchestra are renowned for capturing the essence of syncopated Big 
Band jazz with a fresh and exciting approach.
