[Dixielandjazz] Chicago and All That Jazz

Dear friends,
Further to the Garry Moore thread and the Eddie Condon Verve LP ''Chicago
and All That Jazz" (30-31 Oct 1961) mentioned.
The notes to the LP album were written by Richard Gehman, quoted as the
author of a book (assisted by Eddie Condon) 'Third Chorus, With Notes'. Dial
Press, New York.
I have never heard any more about this book.
Was it actually published, or just a preview note of a work in progress
which never eventuated?
Anyone know of it?
