[Dixielandjazz] The Aviator Columbia CD

I'm enjoying the music from the above CD immensely and intrigued to know who
provided the backing for several tracks - like - those of Rufus Wainright,
Loudon Wainright, David Johansen and Martha Wainright?
Were they all the admirable Vince Giordano Orchestra.
And are the Manhattan Rhythm Kings the same band under another name?
Any and all illumination would be gratefully received.
And by the way - the CD is great value - thanks to list member Jazz Gerry
for my prompt copy.
