Dear Mike,
THAT magnificent Kenny Ball "High Society" with cltist Dave Jones is on a
Lake CD 'Back at the Start' (LACD 114) along with 19 other tracks from the
band's 1959-1962 period. All great stuff too.
It is not stocked by Worlds Records, so you will have to find a British or
European supplier.
A pity Jazz Jerry seems to have left the DJML.
Although his contact address should be available from one of our UK
listmates.
I got my copy of the Lake CD from a jazz mail order mate, Peter Cowden, here
in Oz.
I just did a Google and it seems that 'Jazz By Mail' in St Louis, MO have it
in stock.
