To get it to "sound" in the right octave, play it a m3 lower. Hope this helps!

When transposing an Oboe part on a Bb Clarinet - You would play the Oboe part a M2 higher. Question: How would you transpose an Eb part, written in the Oboe part, on Bb Clarinet? Would you play it as a m3 lower, or M6th higher? Thanks.......
