Rebecca Thompson and Friends-I heard from Gene Hyden a couple of days
before Katrina hit when evacuation of New Orleans was urged:  "We're
outta here!"
 
If and when new information is received, I'll pass it along to you.
 
Glad to hear that Pat Cooke has been heard from.  He's a frequent
visitor/performer here in Pensacola.  Played for our semi-annual
fundraiser for Pensacola JazzFest just  a week or so ago.  He was
regular performer with the late Don Gumpert's Dixieland Saints.
