My guess is that if the Bach trombone mouthpiece is comfortable, you may  
want to try a Bach trumpet 1C.  It is their largest diameter mouthpiece,  and 
would probably be the easiest to adjust to.
 
After that, you can use a comparative mouthpiece chart to find a large  
diameter mouthpiece with a deeper cup, or a "v" shaped cup.  
 
Initially, I would start with a large diameter rim, and then experiment  from 
that point with the cup, throat and backbore.
