Persian Rug, by Gus Kahn & Neil Moret (pseudonym for Charles Daniels was it? 
bad case of CRS going on here.) Anyway it is listed at http://redhotjazz.com
as having been recorded by: Charley Straight's Orch., Jack Teagarden & His Orch.
The Dorsey Bros. Orch., THe Louisiana Sugar Babes, Paul Whiteman's Orch
("On the Air" recording), and the California Ramblers. I didn't go so far as to 
see which of these audios actually exist on redhotjazz.com but I'm sure some of
these refs do exist there as audio.

and you can link to all of these refs from the resulting page.
