Jazz content: Famous Scottish jazz trombonist George Chisholm was a member
of  the Goons' studio orch and even had a speaking part in the "Wings Over
Dagenam" episode. 
(Which I included some years ago on a radio program featuring Mr Chisholm.)
George Chisholm recorded with Fats Waller in London on 21 August 1938.

PS: I listened to the Max Geldray mp3s, but apart from the first one being
faintly familiar and the second being a much like the previously mentioned
"Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea", I can't help.
