[Dixielandjazz] Connecticut Trad Jazz Festival CDs

I've got '95, '96, '97, '99 and '00, but not '98

On '99, cut 2 = their Maple Leaf Rag (3:14) and cut 12 = I'm Crazy 'Bout
My Baby (4:14). Both say "Produced by Stomp-Off Records" and give
Daniel's phone #, but no other info.
