Still going strong after all these years, the ever popular Blue Note Jazz Band are due to entertain the Club's audience again on Thursday 12 May at Clevedon Jazz Club's regular venue - Walton Park Hotel, Wellington Terrace, Clevedon.

The band are great favourites, always in demand and who always attracted a good audience of Club Members and local 'Traditional' jazz fans during their five year stint as the Club's Resident Band.

The Blue Note's rich and varied repertoire owes much to Roger Bennett's inspiration by, and affection for, the music of the late Sidney Bechet - but not to the exclusion of so many other jazz influences.

As usual the band will be joined by Hannah Wedlock who's voice always wows any audience with every note she sings! 

The doors at the Walton Park's Avon Suite open as usual at 8pm and the music starts at 8.30pm. The admission price on the door for non members will be £6 - members will get the usual concession.
