That was "Due" (Italian for Two)-- also the home of the deep dish pizza. 
They later added another restaurant called "Une" ( one).: 
Last I knew it is still there -- a landmark of sorts. Bill Rhinehardt, 
the leader and boss at Jazz Ltd. would  take us there for a lunch break 
on days when he called a long rehearsal -- no rehearsal money, just pizza!
