[Dixielandjazz] "Dream a Little Dream of Me"

Hey Tony,
As a singer who used to regularly ask for "Dream a Little Dream of Me"
when sitting in at piano bars, I have to smile at your story. Everyone
always knew the song until the bridge and I learned very early to yell out
"D flat" just before the piano player would look up at me with a look of
sheer panic on his face.
The "band"/written key for the song is usually G and the bridge begins
on E flat -- but as a vocalist, it always lay better for me if I called the
song in F and the bridge started on D flat.
Jeanne
