As Wiggins said, the Tavern is long gone. I lived in the Oakland Hills, Off
Skyline Drive, just South of the Berkeley Hills in the late 1960s and while
I did not specifically look for it, I believe it was gone by that time.

I suspect the San Francisco Trad Jazz Foundation has the original address
and you might contact them.
