Phil Woods is a Wise man indeed, and certainly not a shabby player either.

The Talent is only 10% of the game folks, and almost Nobody cares how good 
you are except for other frustrated musicians who will envy you and hate you if 
you are successful and trash you if you are not.

Heck they will even trash you if you are ask Kenny G.
