Dear Hans,
This looks like Bill Hebron's 'Hit Of The Week' Swing Time 9802 CD (which I
have).
The 1929-1932 date and the bands mentioned are the same (although the eBay
listing may be incomplete).
Go to Worlds Records web site (via Google) type in Hit Of The Week in the
search box, after selecting 'Title'. When the Swing Time page comes up
select the World Records code number for the CD and you will get a complete
list of the tunes on the CD.
