If you get no response, try Google and look for "abebooks" -- use pop up
menu and type in the name of author, book, etc, and if there are used copies
around in small used shops it will pop up. Have located a number of out of
print or small circulation editions this way. Good source for finding books,
and used prices make it resonable as well.
