Gene, Betty, and interested others--
My horseback idea is that since a number of DJMLers are in the
Fulton Street Jazz Band, which plays at 4:00 pm at the Hyatt
(Outdoors)(whatever that means), it might be a good idea just to meet
at the Hyatt near the venue where Fulton Street plays, about 3 pm or
so (or even 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm). Convenient for Bob and others,
since the venues are pretty far apart.
I have appointed a subcommittee (me) to do a research study on
this problem, and i'll check out the venue and the local
powers-that-be to see if my idea is workable.
One of the frustrating things at festivals is the lack of
information about who is attending, and where they are or will be at
any one time. I'll also ask if it's possible to have a kind of a
message-board with post-it notes tacked to it, centrally located, so
that there would be one sure place to check for info on DJML-folks.
Since the Hyatt has two venues, maybe they would be amenable to such
a request.

     Respectfully submitted,

     Dan
