Can't help you with a lead sheet for "Liza" but you can find the chords on 
the following website:

This website is maintained by guitarist Ralph Platt. The name "Vanilla Book" 
refers to an alleged quote from Lester Young advising young musicians: "Just 
play the Vanilla chords". As in "plain Vanilla".

I have found this website very useful, especially for the chords of "good" 
tunes which are, narrowly defined, on the periphery of OKOM. But since "Liza" is 
on the list, there is a lot of good OKOM stuff in the inventory as well. 
Also, challenges like "Cherokee" and "Lover" not to mention the bridge of "Smoke 
gets in your eyes" can come in mighty handy.
