Just saw a nice review of Meg Graf's new CD called _Eatin' Time_
in the May issue of _The Mississippi Rag_ (page 31) by Bob Lynn:

"It's called _Eatin' Time_ and is subtitled 'A Ragtime Feast.'
It's a delicious offering of some 22 rags, all with food
titles -- everything from 'Hot Chocolate' (1908 Franklin and
Lange) to 'Ol' Virginny Barbecue' (1899 Andino) to 'Peaches
and Cream' (1905 Wenrich) to Joseph Lamb's great 1910
'Champagne Rag.'" "Graf has over-dubbed her piano treatments
with her own playing on bass sax, flute, fiddle and piccolo.
A couple of her friends join her on trumpet (Vicki Cox) and
washboard (Lorraine Wadsworth). All in all, the CD is a
delight, and we'd recommend it without reservation."

Bob Lynn then says you can get it from her at 811 Skipper Ave;
Eugene, OR 97404, or email her at meggraf at hotmail.com, or call her at
(541) 461-8071, but he doesn't mention that it is also available at
an interesting website called CD Baby (where i got my copy a couple
months ago): http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/meggraf

CD Baby also has quite a few other recordings of ragtime,
dixieland, and other kinds of jazz. They also have some $5 specials
like _Cookin' with Calamity_ (Vicki Cox's Calamity Jazz Band) and
_Color y Belleza de Guatemale_ by the Paco Gatsby band (whom you may
have seen at the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee).
