Can someone please differentiate between "Blue Bell" and "Blue Bells Good-bye" for me? Are these 2 different songs? The one I have is from the Anderson Fake Book and is there referred to as Blue Bell, written by Madden and Morse in 1904 and referred to as a "March-Song". If there is another, where can I find it?
