[Dixielandjazz] CD label printing

Bill Haesler raised the subject of printing directly onto CDs, I checked
this out some time ago and discovered that the hardware required to do it
was horribly expensive - for the same price you could buy a large house with
five acres in the Outer Hebrides. In the meantime I'll stick with Stomper.
