[Dixielandjazz] Conrad Janis

Bob Ringwald, Dan Augustine and List Mates:

Conrad Janis was born in New York and playing a rollicking tailgate in
New York City in the 1940s and 1950s. I believe he only got to Beverly
Hills and the Beverly Hills Unlisted Jazz Band a decade or two later.

Not sure what the band was called, but he appeared frequently in places
like The Stuyvesant Casino, Cinderella Club, Central, Plaza and other
joints in the city during that time. He was quite well know in NYC as a
Jazz Musician, before he went West to seek fame and fortune as an actor.
