Dear Dave,
ALL Fats Waller organ recordings are the "real thing".
>From the first in Nov 1926 to the last in Sept 1943 and including those with
Morris's Hot Babies (1927), the Louisiana Sugar Babes (1928) and the sides
made in London (1938 & 1939).
But not including early Fats Waller piano solos turned into organ solos by
zealous technicians in 1980, so far as I am concerned.
