Some of the survey responses have had a fair amount of biographical
content, so I have decided to add selected responses to my master BIO
collection. The ones I have added are: Tamas Ittzes, Jeanne Brei, Ed
Danielson, Elazar Brandt. 

The new collation has been sent to those who asked to be on the regular
distribution list. If anyone else wants it, please let me know.
