I stayed out of the survey when I saw that it was getting down to the
nitty gritty of what is a pro, etc.  Don't like those discussions much.
Although my main income is not from the trombone now, it was for a good
many years, and if recording with artists of the caliber of Julio
Iglesias makes you a pro, then I guess I am one.  My attitude towards my
performance, practice, etc., on the horn certainly is that of a
professional.  I've been playing OKOM since 1955....the trombone since
1949, and am 62 yrs old.  Session musician in Spanish studios for 25
years....every type of music possible, even rap!
