Actually having produced many recordings and worked with musicians who do all 
kinds of drugs while playing and or recording it get pretty interesting to 
see how each type of drug affects the hearing  of the players on any given 
session.   This is one of the main reasons major rock albums cost so much to 
produce and take so long to record, but you can't tell or convince the musicians 
that their drug use is causing them to come back the next day and hear the 
playbacks they thought were so fantastic last night but suddenly sound like total 
shit today when they are sober.   It really gets nuts when some of them are 
doing Cocaine and others are doing Grass and or alcohol on the same session.

Can you hear me now??  can you hear me now?   huh? whazzat the bass is too 
loud, :))
