Now Gentleman, if folks like you posted more substance related materials more
often, perhaps the idle minds of the washboardist extraordinaire would once
again feel intimidated into retreating to the OKOM Laundry Rooms or closets
with their instruments to continue further woodshedding to make them more
acceptable musically.
I personally posted several substantial pieces recently and had not one
comment or reply of interest from any of the more substantial deep thinkers on the
list. So has Steve Barbone, and I have noticed they have pretty much gone
ignored this month.
So let us hereby declare January as International Washboard Month, let them
have the pleasure of teaching everyone else the finer points of Washboarding
and they will soon enough retreat to the outer regions of the list with the
banjo players for a month or two while the clarinet players have a go at it.
Everyone gets a turn.
Perhaps we could bring back the substantially stimulating Non smoking vs
smoking thread.
Cheers,
Tom "Does not own a Washboard" Wiggins
But now I know a lot of guys who do.
I may never do laundry again.
