[Dixielandjazz] Turk Murphy band horn-placement

My band lines up as follows: trombonist nearest the bar, trumpet and 
calrinet as far away from the drums as we can get, drummer all over the 
place, banjoist horizontal in front of drums, tuba always arrives late and 
squeezes in where he can. Well, it works for us....
