Amendment to the following, prompted by Bill Haesler saying that
holding down the mouse-button didn't work in Mac's OS X.
If you're braver than i am and are running OS X, you have to hold
down the 'Ctrl' key while holding down the mouse-button on the image.
This should pop up the download-window. (Thanks, Bill, for reminding
me that there's a new millennium out there....)

Don and DJML--
If you do a Google-search on "Blue Book"+Storyville (typed
exactly like that, with the double-quotation marks and no spaces),
you'll get a number of hits of web-pages mentioning both items, some
with displays of the cover of and pages within the Blue Book, such as
(among others):
1) http://www.confederateordinance.com/bluebook.html
2) http://www.buddystall.com/cgi-bin/display.cgi?sku=1645
Then you can download the graphic (on a Mac) by clicking on the
image and holding down the mouse-click button, which will pop up a
window that will let you download the image; on a PC, i'm not sure,
but possbily a right-click will do the same thing.
