Dear List members.
                                    List member Mike Meddings has kindly 
advised me that the links to online booksellers
on the Ancestry of Jazz web page had been corrupted. I have introduced 
a new active button link to the publisher's bookstore which is the only 
place that has the book in stock at the present time.. As the major 
online booksellers put it up on site I will try again
to put in active links to them. My apologies to anyone frustrated by 
the inane error messages the old links were
giving out. Please try again.
