Someone on the list suggested MailWasher which I installed and have found
very useful.  It lets you see the mail while on your IP's server and before
it is actually downloaded to your computer.  I set my e-mail program to only
receive mail when I hit the button.  This prevents auto downloading before I
get a chance to preview the mail.
