[Dixielandjazz] DJML Buttons/Badges

I had some of the buttons that had DJML and DLML written on them.  Dave
Bilgray had some also, but I think most of them were given out at the last
F2F in Sacramento.  I have seen the one that Bill Gunter designed, but I
think they are all gone too?  Huh Bill?
