Stan & Michel:

Interesting thought Stan. Perhaps like the bull on the roof of a homesteader's rough
cabin in the western US in the late 19th century. When they were made out of sod, with
a sod (grass over dirt) roof, and partially dug into a bank so that their Cow, or Bull
frequently would walk onto the roof to graze. Many photographs of that event survive.

Now, if a Cow and Bull got together on the roof, bingo, that's dissonnance, heard by
the sod-buster's inside.
