[Dixielandjazz] An apology

List mates:

I sincerely apologize to all list mates who were/are offended by my
posts. Especially the duel, which escalated into a shouting match. I
regret any words and ideas that caused list mates pain.

I also apologize specifically to Bob Ringwald, for letting my emotions
get out of hand. Bob has the thankless task of maintaining the DJML and
doesn't need that sort of thing to complicate it.

The DJML is a wonderful forum for discussion and is a great resource. If
my leaving it will bring any of those who might have unsubscribed
because of what I said, I offer to do so.
