I find it interesting that these are amongst the ones that are available for download (99c/track) at various mp3 sites such as Napster, Rhapsody, e-music.com etc.

  I had earlier endorsed Dish network for its New Orleans channel.

  But after listening to it for a few days, I find that there isn't that much 
  variety or many top artists on it. They seem to have a couple dozen or so 
  artists they keep recycling, and some of these are: New Orleans Classic Jazz 
  Orchestra, Bay City Jazz Band, Scobey & Clancy, Fire House Five +2, Castle Jazz 
  Band, Kid Ory's Creole Jazz Band, Pee Wee Russel, Silver Leaf JB--Chris Tyle, New 
  York Trumpet Ensemble, Dixie Stompers, Nicholas Paytonw/Doc Cheatham. 

  Oh, well, if that's the best they can do, so be it.
